Since you do not have the Realty ONE Group Technology package, your transaction management process will be a little different from agents who do. To ensure a smooth closing, we’ve broken the process into phases for you:
🔹 Phase 1 (Initial Submission): Submit your contract below. Once completed, our internal transaction coordination team will email you a unique SkySlope email address (e.g., [email protected]). You’ll use this email to submit all follow-up documents.
🔹 Phase 2 (End of Week 1): Submit the earnest money deposit receipt.
🔹 Phase 3 (End of Week 2): Submit the home inspection report and the repair & replacement agreement.
🔹 Phase 4 (End of Week 3): Submit any repair receipts required by the repair & replacement agreement.
🔹 Phase 5 (End of Week 4): Submit the survey and any outstanding repair receipts.
🔹 Phase 6 (5 Days Before Closing): Email [email protected] with the preliminary ALTA statement and your Disbursement Authorization (DA) request.
